  • Premium Palletised Service - We charge a flat rate of £29.95 for most orders (no matter the cost, weight or size) that go via our premium palletised service to English and Welsh mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply to Scottish postcodes. If your order is subject to any additional shipping charges, we will contact you (via email or telephone) prior to processing your payment. Alternatively, please place your order which will be a pre-authorised transaction only and we will email you with the exact shipping cost within one working day. If you do not agree to the quote your order will be cancelled and no funds will be taken.

Some generators may have an extended lead time and there's a possibility you may not receive your chosen generator next day. For urgent next day orders, please call us on 0345 222 0231 prior to placing your order and our team will confirm next day stock availability. This can vary on larger sets, these can take up to 5-7 working days. Please feel free to contact us before, or after ordering to check. If in doubt please call for a delivery time estimate. All deliveries are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of there being a delay we will contact you by email. Delivery is normally between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Please Note: Some large canopy generators will require an offload facility at delivery destination, such as a forklift or other form of lifting equipment.
