THE UK'S NO. 1 FOR GENERATORS
Enjoy clean, quiet, and dependable power wherever your work or recreational activities take you with the JCB-IG2000 2kW Petrol Inverter Generator. Specifically engineered to meet the demanding energy needs of motorhomes, campsites, outdoor events, and remote job sites, this compact suitcase generator supplies a maximum electrical output of 2000W with a continuous rated output of 1800W. The extra headroom provided by the surge rating ensures that appliances with high starting currents, such as power tool chargers or caravan refrigerators, start smoothly without tripping the circuit breaker.
Unlike conventional open-frame site generators that produce erratic electrical waves, the JCB-IG2000 utilizes state-of-the-art pure sine wave inverter technology. By delivering a silky-smooth, stable 230V single-phase output at 50Hz, it provides electricity that is completely safe for delicate and highly sensitive modern electronics, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, televisions, and medical equipment, preventing any risk of thermal damage or electrical distortion.
At the core of this inverter unit lies a heavy-duty, air-cooled 80cc single-cylinder 4-stroke OHV petrol engine with an easy-pull manual recoil starting mechanism. To maximize operational economy, the generator features an integrated Eco Mode throttle control system that dynamically adjusts engine RPM to match the connected load. Key operational highlights include:
Weighing only 18.0 kg with a compact, fully enclosed suitcase chassis (515 x 320 x 490 mm) and an integrated ergonomic carrying handle, the JCB-IG2000 represents the ultimate balance of heavy-duty power and effortless portability for all off-grid applications.
