& Payment
No
hidden charges here! all our products inc. v.a.t @ 17.5%. Delivery is FREE of
charge on most products to the U.K mainland only. ( Excluding some Scottish Post Codes).

Preferred payment is by online credit card payment via Protx. We accept Visa , Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo.

Warranty:
All our generators
/ machinery, are covered by the manufacturers own warranty policy.
You can either contact justgenerators 01263 820202 or the relevant manufacturer ( Contact
details should be in your paper work or instruction booklet supplied with machine)
Important
Notice
Please
note if you have to hire a machine whilst your equipment is being repaired, Just Generators (CJC LTD) or no Manufacturer are liable, or will compensate for any hire charges that you may incur if you
have to hire a generator / machine whilst you item is being repaired.
It
is the customers responsibility to transport the machine to a dealer and you will
liable for any carriage charges if you have to ship your item via carrier to a
dealer or back to our works for repair.
Also most fuel related problems are not covered under warranty, ie if your carb is leaking fuel this is normally associated with dirt, debris in fuel or entered via air filtration resulting in incorrect operation of float & needle.
Security
& Peace Of Mind
All
online orders placed with us are processed through a secure server (SSL). This
secure server encrypts all information disclosed to us before it is transferred
from your P.C. This ensures that your details are not accessible by any third
parties. We take the subject of fraud very seriously and adhere strictly to the
code of practice as set down in the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 & 1998.
We do not keep records of your details that would be accessible by other parties
online and we will not contact you unless your permission is given.

Delivery
Delivery
is carried out by third party National Carriers & is normally FREE of charge to the U.K
Mainland only ( Excluding Some Scottish post Codes)and is normally within 24 -72 hrs. In the unlikely event of there
being a delay or the item is out of stock we will contact immediately you either
by e-mail or by telephone on your contact number. As delivery is normally between
9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays. We are normally able to arrange a Saturday delivery
on most products at a price, please enquire to the cost of the service with our
sales staff on either

Please
be advised that whilst we endeavour to ensure all our items are delivered on time
we cannot be held responsible for third party carriers failing to do this.
We do not
compensate for non delivery of items in the event of you having to Hire or any loss of earnings resulting from non delivery of any item.
Returns
/ Problems/ Cooling Off Period
All
returns are to be arranged with our customer service dept customercare@justgenerators.co.uk or

You have the right
to return any product for whatever reason within 7 days of receiving your order.
A minimum
15% restocking fee plus vat will be charged if:
Items
are found to have been used, misused or badly packaged on return.
You were
sent the items direct from the manufacturer.
Items
returned, at your expense, are still your responsibility while they are in transit.
We
will arrange to collect the machine . please ensure that the machine / product
has been unused & is returned in it's original packaging. Please Note !
that we do not sell second hand generators, and the return of non defective goods
are liable to a charge of 15% of the purchase price for a restocking fee. Please
note Petrol & diesel powered products must have their fuel and oil removed.
Unsuitable
Items
You may return unsuitable items, at your expense, within 7 days
of invoice provided:
They are unused, with all manuals/ documentation, and
in their original, undamaged packaging.

you. Will will try to arrange a alternative time that is suitable to you. If this
is not acceptable, you have the option to cancel your order, and you will receive
a full refund.
